Who are we?

Graduated with honors in Business and Economics at the University of Pisa, followed by a fast-moving career in management control in the Lucchini Siderurgico Group, then embarked on a career as Corporate Manager in the banking system in several major banks.

In 2007 he became Partner of Studio Eidos as Head of the Corporate Finance and Extraordinary Finance sector. Consequently, alongside the role of Consultant, he also held the role of Temporary Manager in some SMEs in order to ensure the success of business development plans. Concurrently, he has developed skills in the Compliance area, covering various SB positions pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
